We will be presenting, “The Path to Change: Shamanic Energy Preparation for 2012″.
With Patricia Morris Cardona, MS, APRN, BC and Daniel Cardona, MD

As 2012 approaches, the energy field of Mother Earth is in the midst of changing. The energy field is lightening and quickening. As the energy vibration grows lighter and moves faster, it is like being in a
tornado: all those who are able to change with the energy vibration will move toward the center of the energy vibration. The space in the center of the energy vibration is quiet and peaceful. To adapt, your energy field needs to adjust to it.

Enter into the center of the energy vibration field where it is quiet, peaceful, and calm. In order to be in the center, it is necessary to change your personal energy vibration fields surrounding your body to synchronize with the changes occurring in the energy vibrational fields of Mother Earth. Your body’s field will move forward and vibrate in the higher vibrational quiet center point using shamanic meditation, Mayan Yok’Hah movements, and participating in a Mayan ceremony. You hold the keys to enable a change in your energy vibration field. Be part of this exciting and poignant time!

Prepare yourself physically, emotionally, and spiritually for the energy shift that is occurring now through 2012. Dispel the myths of fear being broadcast on the internet and in the media. Discover the real meaning and relationship to the Mayan Calendar. The Cosmic Mystery School teachings you will receive are directly transmitted by Solar Mayan Elder Hunbatz Men to Daniel and Patricia Cardona, as teachers of his Mayan teachings.

Sending you Solar Power!!

How to get peace at work

I just got to work. I’m feeling very calm and content.

One of the other Clinical Nurse Specialists saw me and said, “You look so relaxed and happy. Did you just get back from vacation?” I said no, “I had a good meditation this morning.” She said, “Really, it really shows. You look so rejuvenated at 7:00AM in the morning. Will you tell me what meditation you use when I get out of treatment rounds?” Of course I said I would.

I love sharing my Mayan Happiness Meditation with other people. It makes such a huge difference in the way I feel all day long. Nothing can bother me, not screaming kids, not complaining peers, not a deadline to complete my work. I accomplish it all in a calm and peaceful manner. My work gets completed smoothly and easily because I’m full of energy and peace.

The people around me calm down too. I guess some of my peace and happiness rubs off on them. They love to have me around them.

I know if I need an extra boost all I have to do is take 5 minutes and do my Mayan Happiness Meditation again.

My days are smooth. Not because I work in a peaceful setting but because I own that peace inside me.

It’s a great gift that I give to myself each day.

You can too.

What makes a great day?

Every morning my alarm goes off at 5:15 AM and I get ready to start another day. I know that I am going to be seeing people in distress all day long in the hospital. You don’t check into the hospital because you are having a good day!

So. I have to be on top of my game mentally, emotionally and physically from the moment I hit the door.

I prepare myself for my day in a number of ways. I pack a energy filled breakfast of blueberries, almonds and local honey. It’s super delicious and great brain and immune boost food. Also, the local honey helps prevent allergy symptoms. I also make a large cup of green tea with local honey and coconut oil. This will give me more antioxidant and immune system boost power.

Then I do two short exercise series. The first 5 minutes I do Jungle Cat Flexibility to get my body moving incredibly well and the second 5 minutes I do Rejuvenation Exercises. When I am done with this 10 minute morning exercise program, I am revved up and set to start my day!

I hit the door at work and other people are pouring down coffee just trying to wake up, while I am smiling and jumping into my game at full speed.

You have a choice. You can drag into work, tired, barely awake and struggling to make it through the day. Or you can do what I do. Spend 10 minutes in this simple morning exercise routine. So that you arrive at work mentally sharp, bright eyed and bushy tailed, tackling your day with enthusiasm!

Don’t you owe it to yourself to start your day off feeling great like I do?

Go to www.rejuvenationexercises.com and www.theninjadoctor.com to gift yourself with a great day!

Antilles Mountains, Puerto Rico

It’s so interesting and enlightening to work with the 52 Full Moon Project. We are learning so much about so many wonderful sacred sites around the world., It’s just fascinating.

We have never been to Puerto Rico and I didn’t have any idea what it was like. So I did some research, and found out that the Greater Antilles are the central mountains of Puerto Rico. They run almost the entire
length of the island. The Greater Antilles have extensive mountain ranges dissected by deep valleys and are surrounded by coastal plains. The pictures I found of the mountains are very beautiful and exude
sacred energy!

There are also rain forests in Puerto Rico. The steep mountains receive so much rainfall that it contributes
to the formation of streams and waterfalls. The tradewinds pass over the towering mountainous
backbone of Puerto Rico bringing water vapor from the Atlantic Ocean, and the Caribbean Sea The water
vapor condenses and the resulting clouds dump billions of liters of water every year. The semi-tropical climate creates an eco system that is alive with a multitude of plant and animal life.

The Guayama area is in south eastern Puerto Rico. This area contains The Jobos Bay Nature Reserve with
“Barrier” mangrove forests separating an inner lagoon from the open sea. The nature reserve contains
mangroves, tidal flats, bird rookeries, research lakes and a large manatee population.

The earliest known residents of Puerto Rico were the Taino people. The Taino indigeanous people migrated to the island from South America. They called the island Boriken or Borinquen, which meant “the great island of the great and noble lords” or “land of the great lords”. They were a peaceful people who lived in tribes led by a “cacique” or chief. They lived on domesticated tropical crops of pineapple, cassava and sweet potatoes supplemented by seafood.

About 50,000 Taino and Arawak people were living on the Island when Christopher Columbus landed on the island in 1493. The friendly indigenous people shared the resources of the island with the Spaniards. They showed them gold nuggets found in the streams and the island was claimed by Chrstopher Columbus and named Puerto Rico (rich port). It became one of Spain’s main military outposts in the Caribbean.

The Taino and Arawak were now called Indians (a name applied to all Indigenous people in the New World). They were enslaved by the Spanish and their culture was mostly obliterated. 0ver 85% of the population of Puerto Rico is presently Catholic. Some people do practice spiritualism or (espiritismo) and others practice Santeria (due to the African slave population which the Spaniards brought onto the island
in the 1500′s).

Ancient Taino sacred sites complete with ball courts and standing stones around the outside exist to this day and the Taino people consider them sacred sites. The government has developed the sacred sites for tourism and added museums of the artifacts and bones of the people. Pictorial images of the people and animals are carved into the surface of some of the stones.

The Taino people are still active in Puerto Rico working to preserve their sacred sites and recover the history and culture of their ancestors.

So, now that you know a little more about Puerto Rico, it’s history, and the beauty of this island, please join us in the Full Moon meditation. We will focus love and healing energy to honor the sacred site of Guayama and the ancient Taino people who still inhabit this island.

Americans and New Years

Did you know that 100 million Americans make at least one New Years Resolution? What do they say they are going to do differently this year?

Do they resolve to make more money?

Spend more time with their family?

Learn a foreign language?

No, most people’s resolutions are much more basic then that.

Most people are longing for improved health, vitality and the return of their youthful good looks and enthusiasm!

What were your New Year’s resolutions? Did you make a promise to yourself to get in shape? Are you tired of being tired and out of shape? Do you feel like you are losing ground every year when it comes to your looks and youthfulness?

It doesn’t have to be that way. You can regain your youthful energy, vitality and good looks!

However, 4 out of 5 of people who make New Year Resolutions will not achieve their goals and within two weeks will give up on them entirely. Why?

They wholeheartedly long for their improvement.

The problem is that most people do not have a plan to help them achieve the success they so long for. They have no plan and no idea of what it will take to reach their goals.

We have a plan that will help you achieve success! Just make a 30 day of commitment to yourself. 30 days of following the 3 pronged approach of Cutting the Cords, Transform Your Life, and Rejuvenation Exercises. If you follow these 3 programs for 30 days you will achieve your goal of regaining your health, vitality and youthful good looks and enthusiasm.

How can I say that? Because you will truly be reprogramming your body, mind and spirit quickly and easily for improved, health, vitality, youth and enthusiasm!

If you only exercise your body, your mind can be lazy and talk you out of doing the exercise. If you only exercise your mind your body remains lazy and will not return to health and good looks. If you don’t engage your spirit it will be difficult to sustain any of the changes that you put in place and old patterns of behavior will defeat you.

That’s why we designed Cutting the Cords, Transform Your Life, and Rejuvenation Exercises. We wanted you to be successful at regaining your health, vitality, youth and enthusiasm.

We can only teach others what we know works. And we and those who follow our programs are living proof of what works!

Visit www.cuttingthecords.com to see and hear for yourself what you can gain from using Cutting the Cords, Transform Your Life, and Rejuvenation Exercises!

Sending you Best Wishes for a healthy & happy
2010!
